Care to Share

Let us thank you and the person you have referred with a credit of $25 each on the next visit. Just ask for the Care to Share card at the front desk. Have the person you referred fill it out. They present the card to us at the appointment and we give them a $25 credit on their visit. Then, we’ll credit your account $25 on your next visit.
