Dear Patients,

We will be in touch with you to reschedule your preventative appointment. Should you have a scheduled procedure we will call you and ask a few question by phone to determine the next steps. If you have an appointment coming up and have not heard from us feel free to call.  

If you currently have the following symptoms please reschedule your dental appointment and call your physician. These symptoms include a fever, cough, sneezing, or shortness of breath. Also, reschedule your appointment, if you have had any of these symptoms in the last 48 hours or have been in contact with anyone diagnosed with COVID-19.

Please reschedule your appointment if you have traveled outside the United States in the last two weeks to an area affected by the coronavirus disease. This includes China, Hong Kong, Iran, Italy, Japan, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, or Vietnam.
